Hi, I'm Tami Disney, proud owner and operator of Lil Rugratz Daycare

for over 25 years!

 

Working with children has always been my passion, and I'm incredibly grateful to have built a career doing what i love.

I believe in creating a safe, nurturing, and playful environment where little ones can grow, learn, and thrive.

Outside of daycare life, I'm happily married for over 30 years and am a proud mom of four amazing kids (not so little anymore).  When I'm not chasing toddlers or planning fun learning activities, you can find me spending time with my family and friends or in the kitchen baking up some sweet treats. 

​

We opened up our home and began caring for children in November 1999.  We are extremely proud of the reputation that I have built over these past 25 plus years under the name Lil Rugratz Daycare, and we look forward to continue serving families and their children for many years to come.

I love what I do, and I consider it a privilege to have the opportunity to help mold the lives of children each and every day. 

​

I will be honest, I don't have a college degree or any ECE units.  I do attend training classes and seminars through the Office Of Education for professional growth.  This helps me to expand my knowledge of all early childhood topics.

​

Being a parent myself, I know how your feeling in your childcare search.  My goal is for you and your child to be 100% confident with the childcare you choose.  I know   it is a big decision to find the right person to leave your little ones with. 

​

I believe great communication is key, and I strive to keep a strong, open relationship with both parents and their kiddos.

I bring creativity, a sense of humor, and a whole lot of heart to my daycare every single day.  I believe it is key to have a good fit, so everyone involved is comfortable.

I am very loving, caring, nurturing, dependable, hard working, trustworthy, honest, down to earth, and above all I just really love what I do!
