​At Lil Rugratz Daycare, our philosophy is

Is rooted in the understanding that help shape the foundation of a happy, confident, and emotionally healthy child.  We believe childhood should be full of love, learning, laughter, and joy. With over 25 years of experience, we've created a warm, loving, safe, respectful, welcoming environment where each child feels accepted, valued, and supported as they grow and learn.

We believe that the early years are the most important in a Childs development.  Through nurturing care, individual attention, and play-based learning, we aim to spark curiosity, build confidence, and promote kindness.  While ABCs and 123s are important, we place just as much value on teaching empathy, sharing, saying "please" and "thank you", making eye contact, and learning to express emotions in healthy ways.

We recognize that each child is unique, and we celebrate their individuality.  We guide children with patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement-always modeling the behaviors we hope to see.  Our approach encourages imagination, problem-solving, and teamwork, while also setting age-appropriate boundaries that help children feel secure and confident.

We use guidance techniques such as redirection, positive reinforcement, and

time-outs when necessary, always focusing on helping children learn from their experiences.  Our goal is never to punish, but to teach, support, and guide.

We value the trust families place in us.  As a parent myself, i understand how hard it can be to leave your child is someone else's care.  That's why we strive to be dependable, professional, and honest, treating every child as i would my own with love, respect, and lots of laughter.
